Cooking class

Yesterday was day one of my level 1 recreational cooking classes, which run for 4 weeks. After level 1, I move on to level 2 for 4 weeks.


We learned to completely debone a whole chicken and worked with the breasts to make patties, which were delicious!!! We also made sauteed asparagus and rustic potatoes, which, again, were AMAZING!

I learned so much and loved every second of the class...the three hours FLEW by!!

Next week, I will remember to take my camera so I can share my masterpieces with you!! Pin It
