Five Question Friday

Yep...it's that time again...Five Question Friday, courtesy of Mama M . Wanna join in? Just head on over to Five Crooked Halos and join in the fun!

1. Did you have a favorite blanket or toy as a kid? If so, do you still have it?

I had a homemade cloth doll named Susie. I loved that dolly so much. My Godmother made it for me when I was born and even though her hands are no longer, her head scarf is gone and she is missing one leg, I do have her somewhere in a box in the basement. Once our basement is finished (we are at the painting/flooring stage now), I will dig her out and put her on my bed. I still love my Susie.

2. Do you dream in color?

Yes I do. I heard somewhere that we don't, but funnily enough, just last night I had a dream where I was arguing about a colour with a co-worker. I definitely saw red in my dream last night.

3. How tall are you? Do you wish you were shorter or taller?

I am 5' 4" and I am pretty happy with that. I would take an extra inch or two if it were offered up, but no more...good thing come in small packages. ;o)

4. If you could have anyone's (celeb or other) voice as the guide on your GPS, who would it be?

Hands down, Ozzy Osbourne. Hubster bought a TomTom when we first got a GPS. We ended up returning it because he didn't like the way the screen looked, but we downloaded Ozzy's voice for the couple of days that we had it and we laughed out BUTTS off. He would say things like, "Take the next right you wanker!" and if you missed a turn, he would exclaim, "You stupid f&%^er...make a U-turn!" Of course we only used his voice when the kids were not in the car. While the kids were with us, we used Bugs Bunny. That was fun too. Unfortunately, I have a built-in- GPS in my new van, so there are no choices...just the boring lady that comes with the system. Hubster's GPS is not a TomTom, so Ozzy isn't an option for him either. He just has a lady with a British accent who I hate. She says things wrong, like, "Islington Avenue" which is pronounced "Izlington". She pronounces it, "Eyeslington". Dumb.

5. Do you return your shopping cart to the corral or leave it wherever in the parking lot?

I ALWAYS return it. Rain, snow, kids or no kids. It is lazy and rude to leave the cart in the parking lot. The wind could take it and smash it into a parked car (I've seen this happen) and the poor person who has to collect them already has a tough enough job. Pin It

I am so glad to see that you also heard somewhere that we don't dream in color (colour)...I had too, and I was beginning to think I was crazy!

Have a great weekend!
