Yesterday, I bought myself a Nintendo DS.
My boys have had their own DS's for a while and hardly use them, but for Christmas, my Mum wanted one to play a game called "Brain Age" which is supposed to keep your brain sharp. Anyhoooo....
Joe played her game a little over Christmas and loved it, so he went out and bought the Brain Age game and has been playing on Nicholas' DS. I tried it and also fell in love with it, but Frankie has been using his DS lately, so I bought myself one. I figure it will be something I can use on the cruise, but mostly, on the plane, because you all know how I hate to fly. Oh gosh, I felt sick just typing that...UGH.
Anyway, it came with a case and a Personal Trainer for cooking (which I don't really need cuz I ROCK in the kitchen ;o) but it came with the package. It's very pretty...flourescent green...I guess I won't ever lose this baby! Check it out here:

I did my daily brain age training this morning and I am pleased to say that my brain age went from 68 yesterday to 45 today! WOOT WOOT!
I'm SUCH a gadget girl!

I'm surprised it took you so long ;)
That was on my Christmas list last year. I have a really pretty powder blue one with a matching case. It came bundled with the Brain Age game.
I love it. It's great to take with you when traveling (even long car rides!) It's great to take to the kid's sports practices and such - you sit and play while waiting for them. It's fun to hook up with the boys too and play games with/against them.
Clubhouse games has a lot of fun things...card games, board games, puzzle games. I also like Touchmaster.
Congratulations on your new toy! You will have a blast!
